Joseph Agyemang Asiedu is a seasoned logistics strategist, project deployment expert, and former U.S. Army officer with over a decade of experience leading complex, high-value operational frameworks across military and commercial sectors. With a uniquely global perspective and cross-functional expertise in transportation planning, supply chain systems, asset protection, and team coordination, he brings a mission-driven approach to climate action in Africa.

Mr. Eric Nti

Co-Founder & Director of Human Capital & Stakeholder Engagement

Eric Nti is a seasoned human resources strategist and institutional operations leader with over 15 years of progressive experience in Ghana’s public sector, particularly within the cocoa value chain. His career spans key administrative and managerial roles within the Ghana Cocoa Board (COCOBOD) and its subsidiaries, where he has overseen workforce planning, data systems, and community engagement at both national and regional levels.

Prof. Samuel Adjei-Nsiah

Co-Founder & Chief Scientific Advisor

Professor Samuel Adjei-Nsiah is one of Ghana’s foremost agricultural scientists, with over 25 years of experience in sustainable agriculture, climate-smart farming systems, and integrated soil fertility management. A respected academic, prolific researcher, and development expert, he has spent his career bridging the gap between scientific innovation and real-world farming challenges in sub-Saharan Africa.
